This fabulous bike started life as a Ducati 1000DS Supersport.  The brief from the owner was to strip the bike of weight and increase the power, he wanted this air cooled bike to compete with more powerful superbikes on the track.

The engine was stripped and most of the major components within were replaced with high performance parts.  Cubic capacity was increased to 1078cc with a big bore kit, we gas flowed the heads plus a lightened balanced crank, lightened fly-wheel, high compression pistons from pistal and Ducati Performance cams were also fitted.  A one off exhaust system was fitted with an Akrapovic end can then set up using a power commander.  We also replaced the standard clutch with a 749RS slipper clutch.



The front suspension has been re-valved and the rear shock was changed to an Ohlins unit.  We also fitted Brembo master cylinder levers to the front brake and clutch.

The only standard bodywork left on the bike is the tank, the others parts were replaced by the following: Ducati Performance single seat unit, carbon front mudguard, Ducati Kamna nose fairing.  These were all sent away to be painted in the design you can see in the pictures.  The frame was powder coated along with the wheels to finish this stunning machine.



The bike now weighs 174 kgs  -  with a full tank of fuel
Produces 108 Bhp with 78 lbs/ft of torque
